Your service was extremely courteous and professional and you have already lived up to your promise of outstanding service. As you know there were a couple of issues that we identified after driving the car home (back seat would not fold down and the car had a rough, noisy ride). Such things happen, even when new. You told us to bring it in and that your service people would make it right. Indeed they have and they did so promptly. The car rides beautifully now and provides the quality of ride and quietness that I would expect from this vehicle. Indeed the car was immaculate when delivered to us and not only looks new, but rides like new and yes it is a 2010.

Nervous Buyer Turnaround I am a senior citizen & I live about 4 hours away from Toronto in Chatham ON. I hit a deer last summer & wrote off my car of 12 years. So I had to get another car and had no clue where to start from & what to do. I realized that a lot has changed when it comes to buying a used car in the last 12 years. I came across their add. on the internet and gave them a call. The salesperson seemed nice & cooperative over the phone and I ended up giving them the deposit. I was a bit nervous about this since I was going to purchase something I had not even seen. Three days later I went to the dealership and found out that the car was exactly as the salesperson described over the phone. What really impressed me the most is that they did not transfer the ownership in my name in case I did not like the car. The truth is that even if I did not like it, I did not have much choice. However, they never tried to force this purchase upon me at any point. I never felt that I was being taken advantage of because I was a senior citizen & did not have anyone with me. They treated me with respect even though I was somewhat unreasonable at times but it was only because I was quite nervous about doing this on my own. I am glad I found RSA Auto Sales and I absolutely love my car. After all what they did for me; I think I owed them this review a long time ago.
